1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Affordable-Printing website at affordable-printing.com ("Site") or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. Services

Affordable-Printing provides custom screen printing, embroidery, direct-to-garment (DTG), direct-to-film (DTF), promotional products, banners, and related printing services. All orders are subject to review and acceptance by Affordable-Printing. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided are estimates only and are valid for 30 days from the date issued, unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary based on artwork complexity, material availability, and order changes. Prices are subject to change without notice for new orders.

4. Artwork and Design

  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to all artwork, logos, and designs submitted to us.
  • By submitting artwork, you confirm it does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
  • We are not liable for any claims arising from the printing of customer-supplied artwork.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any artwork that is offensive, unlawful, or violates third-party rights.

5. Order Approval and Production

Production begins only after order confirmation and, where applicable, artwork approval. Once production has begun, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges. It is your responsibility to review and approve all proofs before authorizing production.

6. Turnaround Times

Turnaround times are estimates and begin after artwork approval and payment (where required). We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including shipping carrier delays, supplier issues, or force majeure events.

7. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be specified at the time of order.
  • New customers may be required to pay in full before production begins.
  • Established accounts may be subject to net payment terms as agreed in writing.
  • Late payments may be subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month.

8. Returns and Reprints

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless the error is on our part. If we have made an error in production (misprint, wrong color, wrong quantity), we will reprint or refund at our discretion. Claims must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. We do not accept returns on items approved for production with customer-verified artwork.

9. Limitation of Liability

Affordable-Printing's liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Affordable-Printing website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Affordable-Printing and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Salt Lake County, Utah.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Site or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
